1General

2Account Registration and User Identity

You must create an account to get full access to the bmkk platform. The following rules apply when registering—

3Age Restriction

bmkk provides services only to users aged 21 and above. No one under 21 is permitted to use this platform (21+ only).

• By registering an account, the user confirms that they are 21 or older.
• bmkk reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. If it is proven that the user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions—

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all payment methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
• Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay.
• Withdrawal processing time: Normally processed within 1 hour.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using payment methods owned by the account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• For anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, bmkk may request identity verification or proof of the source of funds from the account holder.
• bmkk reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold during review, but will notify you in advance of any delay.

5Bonus and Promotion Policy

Bonuses and promotions offered by bmkk can only be claimed under the following conditions—

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).
• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example — If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• This bonus can only be claimed once per account.

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Using bonus funds for intentional money laundering, coordinated multi-account play, or any abuse may result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Two bonuses cannot be combined.
• bmkk reserves the right to amend bonus policies with prior notice.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

The following fair play rules apply to all games on the bmkk platform—

• Game results are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are fair.
• Using exploits or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Unsportsmanlike or abusive behaviour in board games (Live Casino, Baccarat) is strictly prohibited.
• bmkk is not responsible for any losses caused by disconnections during gameplay — your internet connection is your own responsibility.
• If players are found colluding against each other at the same time, both accounts may be suspended.

7Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—

• Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to play.
• Opening multiple accounts under a single user to repeatedly claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Processing any money transfers related to money laundering through this platform.
• Impersonating a bmkk employee, payment agent, or support team member.
• Copying, distributing, or modifying platform data without authorisation.
• Placing bets related to match-fixing or personally influencing the outcome of football matches.

8Account Suspension and Fund Holds

bmkk reserves the right to suspend or place a hold on any account for the following reasons—

• Verifiable evidence of a breach of any of these terms.
• While taking steps to comply with applicable laws or additional requirements.
• During an investigation into suspected fraud — the account may be reinstated once the investigation is complete.
• Self-exclusion will be carried out upon the user's own request, and we can also assist with setting responsible gaming limits.
